Our Heirloom Gin is our Tennessee Dry Gin, rested in oak barrels. Over 150 years ago, Gin came overseas in barrels, unintentionally aging by developing color and flavor from the barrel along the way. And it’s having a revival. Exceptional over ice or in a cocktail, it’s our tribute to making what was once old new again.
