Delivery & Shipping

Yes, we offer expedited shipping on all orders. Available options include 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Delivery. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of bottles in your order and your selected delivery method. To see the exact shipping cost, simply enter your delivery address at checkout.

Yes, someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. This is required by law for all alcohol shipments.

If you don’t expect to be home, please contact us in advance—we’ll do our best to coordinate a delivery time that fits your schedule.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. For ground shipping, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • West Coast: 4–5 business days
  • Midwest: 2–3 business days
  • South: 1–2 business days
  • Northeast: 2–3 business days

Expedited shipping options are also available if you need your order sooner.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and visiting the "My Account" page.

Orders & Returns

All orders are final once delivered and cannot be returned. However, if your order is still in transit and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process a return prior to delivery.

Please note:

  • A $17.50 return shipping fee will apply for any in-transit returns.
  • Once the bottle is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order total, minus the original shipping cost and the in-transit return fee.

Yes, you can add extra bottles to your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify it, and a new order will be required for additional items.

If you'd like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We aim to process all orders quickly and efficiently, so you don’t have to wait long to enjoy your purchase. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days at our facility.

The only exceptions are pre-orders and subscription-based products, which may have different timelines—these will be clearly noted on the respective product pages.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once your order has been sent out for delivery, we’re unable to make changes.

If you still wish to cancel after shipment, we can redirect the order back to us, but a $17.50 return fee will apply. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue a refund minus the return fee and original shipping cost.

No, Barrel Station is not affiliated with the day-to-day operations of individual brands or distilleries, and we’re unable to schedule tours on your behalf. For any tour requests or related inquiries, we recommend contacting the brand or distillery directly.
