Refund policy
At Barrel Station, we take pride in providing quality products and smooth service. Below you'll find our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Refunds for Undelivered Orders
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, we’re happy to issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the refund is processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
In-Transit Cancellations & Returns
If your order has already been shipped but is still in transit, we can initiate a return by redirecting the shipment back to our facility. In this case, a $17.50 redirect fee will be deducted from your refund. Once the package is returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost and the redirect fee.
Refunds for Delivered Orders
We do not issue refunds for orders that have already been delivered, unless the product arrives damaged. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate a return of the damaged product (if possible) at no cost to you, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, the following guidelines apply:
- Before shipment: We’re happy to update your order and process an exchange at no additional cost.
- In transit: The same redirect process and $17.50 fee outlined above will apply.
- After delivery: We do not accept exchanges once the product has been delivered, unless it arrived damaged (see damaged goods policy above).
