Nose

Lively and complex aroma of apricot, pineapple, tart cherry, and allspice, with a hint of fresh hay and vanilla.

Palate

Viscous and rich, with an initial burst of fruity tartness that expands with notes of ripe orchard fruit, clover honey, toasted oak, leather, and a touch of minerality.

Finish

Lingering flavors of dark cocoa and ripe blackberry, balanced by a warming spice of ginger and an earthy, grain forward character that leaves you ready for another sip.
