This Shipping Policy outlines the processes, requirements, and limitations related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased through Barrel Station. We may update this policy from time to time. If any changes occur, we will revise the effective date above and notify you via email when appropriate.

We encourage you to review this policy prior to making a purchase to stay informed about our current shipping practices.

1. Legal Notice

All products sold through Barrel Station are fulfilled by licensed suppliers and shipped in accordance with the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Title to the product transfers to you once it is handed over to the common carrier for delivery from the supplier’s location.

By placing an order through Barrel Station, you authorize the supplier to ship the product(s) on your behalf. The common carrier acts as your delivery agent. Barrel Station does not provide shipping insurance and is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. If desired, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance independently or by selecting the Shipping Insurance add-on during checkout.

2. Order Processing

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 48 hours, we will notify you if:

  • Your order is being processed and prepared for shipment,
  • The product is delayed or on backorder, or
  • Your order must be refunded due to supplier limitations.

If the item is in stock, it typically ships within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, usually from UPS or FedEx.

3. Age Verification

Barrel Station is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are of legal drinking age.

At the time of delivery, the recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state ID) and sign for the package.

Important: If no eligible adult is available to accept the delivery, and the carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned. If you choose to have it reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

4. State Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state laws, Barrel Station cannot ship to certain states where direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery is prohibited.

Our website will automatically prevent orders to these restricted states based on your shipping address.

5. Delivery Charges

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • If a package is returned due to a failed delivery (e.g., no adult available to sign), an additional shipping charge will apply to reship the order.

6. Damaged Products Disclaimer

Barrel Station is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@barrelstation.com. We will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend taking seasonal weather conditions into account when placing your order, as extreme heat or cold may affect product quality.

If you prefer to delay your shipment due to weather concerns, we’re happy to hold your order at no additional cost until conditions are more suitable for shipping.

7. Delivery of Products

Deliveries must be made to an address where someone 21 years or older is available to sign for the package during regular business hours.

We ship to both residential and business addresses, but not to P.O. Boxes.

Both the purchaser and recipient must be at least 21 years of age and in compliance with all applicable alcohol purchase and delivery laws.
