Two cask-strength Conviction bourbons from Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina. Conviction Naranja Cask is four-year Conviction bourbon finished for three years in Vino de Naranja casks, giving dark chocolate, candied orange and a crème brûlée creaminess over long-aged uncharred oak.
Conviction Founder’s Reserve is a big-proof sour mash bourbon mashed from local corn and barley, barreled at 125 proof, aged in a former prison grain bin and bottled uncut and unfiltered at cask strength.
