Conviction Naranja Cask is four-year-old Conviction Straight Bourbon finished for three years in Vino de Naranja casks. The fully matured bourbon and the long finish build a richer, fuller profile than earlier Naranja releases: dark chocolate and candied orange slices, the earthiness of long-aged uncharred oak, and a creaminess Southern Grace likens to crème brûlée or zabaione.
Made by Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, the first distillery in the world located in a former prison.
