Conviction is a sour mash bourbon barreled at 105 proof and bottled uncut at cask strength, so this barrel carries its own proof.

Southern Grace names Barrel Station as its online direct-to-consumer partner, and this barrel was picked by Barrel Station from the distillery’s stock.
