we placed our order paid for three day shipping and the order arrived seven days later. I used the virtual assistant and I also email my question and received no answer from either communication. So what is Shipping Protection other than an extra charge?

I was very impressed with packaging of my bottle! Noticeably well wrapped in bubble wrap and box was filled with wadded paper to secure bottle inside. Being a retired UPS driver of 35 years I appreciate when I see a package shipped correctly!

Worth it if your saying if my bottle arrives and it's broken I'm out of luck without buying protection. I would hate to pay as much for shipping as my product and not receive my product in good order. As long as the claim process is here is a photo of my broken bottle. In other words it's an easy claim process. If I am buying the shippers insurance and I am going to be turned over to them for claims I wouldn't be happy.
