Binder’s Stash 'You Can't Rye Me' 12 Year Old Single Barrel Indiana Rye

Not traditionally a rye drinker (I have long preferred bourbon), I bought this Binder’s Stash 12-year rye because I’m a huge fan of all of Bill Binder’s offerings. And I’m so glad I did — this one is exceptional. Rich, viscous, great nose, a fully developed palate and a long, warming finish. It’s so good that I returned to the store to buy a back-up as well as the 10-year. Our rating: 9.2/10. Just a gem. Thanks so much.
