Conviction Naranja Cask Finish Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

I bought a bottle of the Conviction Honey Bourbon based on you tube recommendations and was pleased. At a later date I noticed another positive review on the Vinho de Naranja Whiskey and ordered a two pack. I was disappointed. There was neither an orange aroma nor taste to the bottle I opened. It is possible that I got a bad cask. It was drinkable, but does not meet my expectations.

This is one that I really enjoyed over a cube. It really opens up and it smells so yummy. Like drinking an old fashioned but without all the sugar.

What else can I say, everything that comes out of this distillery is fantastic!

What a great bottle. I have not had anything bad from this distillery! Their double-oaked is great, straight bourbon and now this Naranja cask finish! It is so good! You need a bottle right now! I wished I lived closer so I could go on a tour. Keep up the good work. This and the double oaked will be a regular staple in my liquor cabinet!

I started with Penelope Valencia. Then I went to Lasso Motel Naranja. Now THIS is my favorite Naranja finished bottle! Simply excellent!
