Conviction 1929 Double Oak Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Conviction 1929 Double Oak begins as Southern Grace’s sour mash straight bourbon, aged in the distillery’s original 1929 prison dormitory. After two years it is re-barreled into new charred American white oak, a second round of wood that deepens the flavor while making the bourbon smoother and more intense. It is bottled unfiltered and uncut at barrel strength, so proof varies.

Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, is the first distillery in the world in a former prison.
