Conviction Honey Barrel Finish Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Conviction Honey takes fully aged Conviction Straight Bourbon and finishes it for five months in a retired bourbon barrel previously used to age local raw honey, so the honey comes through the same charred oak that aged both. Bottled at cask strength, it is honey-sweet with a rich mouthfeel and a lush finish.

Southern Grace, of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, suggests it as a daytime sipper or after-dinner pour, and it is the base of their Honey Gold Rush cocktail.
