Conviction Limited Release French Oak Finish Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Conviction French Oak Cask Finish is a Summer 2024 release blended from four casks of Conviction Straight Bourbon finished in uncharred French oak, bottled at cask strength, 102 proof (51% ABV). The long contact with uncharred French oak gives it the sweet-and-spice balance usually found in high-rye bourbons: oak, apricot and vanilla on the nose, honey and cinnamon up front, a syrupy mid-palate, and vanilla and fresh cinnamon to finish.

Best served neat; a splash of water opens the nose.
