Conviction Straight Bourbon is a sour mash whiskey in the old tradition from Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, the first distillery in the world located in a former prison. Barreled at 105 proof and bottled at cask strength after a minimum of four years, it finishes smooth and sweet with vanilla, clove and caramel.

Awards include Best Bourbon at the New Orleans Bourbon Festival and Double Gold at the 2026 San Francisco International Spirit Competition. 375ml bottle.
