Our base spirit is a 6-year bourbon crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley — selected for its balance of sweetness and spice. The finishing process introduces toasted pecan wood staves, carefully controlled for a year to draw out layers of richness without overpowering the spirit’s natural character.
