My 1st taste of this was very disappointing. I tried again the next day except I let it air out for 20 minutes. Completely different, it is very good. Great flavors and how they do it I do not know, but no alcohol burn.

Give it some time to open up
1st time trying this right out of the bottle I was disappointed. The next day I decided to pour it and let it breath. That was the fix. Really really good. Tons of flavors and aroma.
