About this bourbon
Conviction 1929 Double Oak begins as Southern Grace’s sour mash straight bourbon, aged in the distillery’s original 1929 prison dormitory. After two years it is re-barreled into new charred American white oak, a second round of wood that deepens the flavor while making the bourbon smoother and more intense. It is bottled unfiltered and uncut at barrel strength, so proof varies.
