About this bourbon
Conviction Straight Bourbon is the flagship sour mash whiskey of Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, the first distillery in the world in a former prison. It enters the barrel at 105 proof and is bottled at cask strength after at least four years, with a smooth, sweet finish of vanilla, clove and caramel that works neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
Awards include Best Bourbon at the New Orleans Bourbon Festival and 2026 Double Gold at the San Francisco International Spirit Competition.
